The daily service was excellent. Our room was spotless and perfect with an iron with ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly at all levels. The location was stunning and great, in the garden area, and the bed comfortable.

Simply nothing too much trouble, awesome stay. Absolutely charming and nice hotel with free parking and unique location in everything you need. Nice and beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Plenty of options for breakfast, reasonably priced coffee and tea. Excellent service everywhere. Not to mention good wifi...

I came here with my family. Booked a room with exceptional views of the mountains. The location was incredible and marvelous, near the spectacular mountains and the ruins of a castle. The service was excellent throughout my stay. Took advantage of the parking next to the venue. Had a really nice stay here during my trip.

This place is clean and well-decorated, with tidy rooms and a beautiful view of the mountains, providing comfortable beds and excellent services in a wonderful location.

The location here is simply stunning, especially in the garden with its panoramic view. We enjoyed dinner at Hotel Panorama Restaurant, which is just a couple of blocks away.

The venue is fabulous, with excellent food and incredible location very close to the old bazar. The staff is very very helpful and the rooms are reasonably large with a fridge. The facilities are fantastic, and there's excellent service overall. Additionally, there is parking next to the hotel.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

The room we stayed in was pretty spacious and had a comfy double bed. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the bazaar and Skanderbeg museum, with picturesque mountains on one side and the castle right beside it. The staff here were all super friendly and attentive, making our stay even better! 🏰

Our first night in Albania was really nice. The room was brand-new and extremely spacious with a castle view. The hotel was very close to Kruja, right beside the castle and the Ethnographic Museum.

The location was stunning and marvelous, worth climbing to the top of the hill. We got an immaculately clean and absolutely perfect double room with a high ceiling as an upgrade, a nice gesture. Everyone was outstandingly accommodating, including the host.

The value for money at this hotel was really good, and the room was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby castle ruins, museums, and Old bazaar.

The morning meal could have been improved with a greater variety of options.
